GMC Canyon Denali reportedly green-lighted

Several GMC officials have reportedly confirmed plans for a Canyon Denali.
Speaking to Car & Driver, GMC representatives revealed the luxury-oriented pickup will be added to the lineup when the Canyon receives its mid-cycle refreshing. No time frame was given but the truck is relatively new so it wouldn't be surprising if a Canyon Denali is still a couple of years off.
Like the Sierra Denali, the Canyon Denali will receive a number of styling and equipment tweaks. Nothing is official but the model will presumably be based on the Canyon Crew Cab and feature a mesh grille, body-color bumpers and larger alloy wheels. We can also expect an upgraded interior with premium leather upholstery, wood trim and a premium audio system.
