Tesla has introduced the new Model Y Performance in Europe.

Tesla has officially announced a new version of the Model Y Performance 2026 crossover. The company has emphasized the redesigned exterior, improved interior, and technical refinements to highlight the model's sporty character and increase its appeal against competitors.

The car has received an updated exterior with carbon fiber elements and 21-inch Arachnid 2.0 forged wheels. The interior features new soundproofing materials, ventilated and heated sports seats, carbon fiber trim, and a 16-inch high-resolution display.

The technical part includes a new 460 horsepower Performance 4DU powertrain, all-wheel drive, and acceleration to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. The range now reaches 580 km according to WLTP thanks to a new-generation battery, while an upgraded suspension and customizable driving modes provide better handling.

European Model Y Performance vehicles are assembled at Tesla's factory in Berlin. The first deliveries will start in September, with prices in the UK starting at £61,990.
