Porsche Unveils Electric Cayenne Coupe with 1,139 Horsepower
Porsche has unveiled an electric version of the Cayenne Coupe—a crossover that combines the features of a sports car and an SUV. According to the company’s engineers, the new model is suitable for both everyday city driving and off-road adventures.
The model is equipped with a motor delivering up to 850 kW (1,139 horsepower) and 1,500 Nm of torque. It accelerates to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds, and its top speed reaches 261 km/h.
The lineup will include three versions: Base, S, and Turbo, all of which will come with all-wheel drive and an 800-volt architecture. The 113-kWh battery supports ultra-fast charging. The electric car can charge from 10% to 80% in less than 16 minutes with a 400-kW input. All versions feature an NACS port and a J1772 connector for Level 2 charging, and a CCS adapter is included.
Adaptive air suspension with Active Ride and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus are also announced for the higher-end versions. The vehicle can tow up to 3.5 tons. The SUV’s drag coefficient will be 0.23.
Prices start at $113,800 for the base model. The S version will start at $131,200, while the Turbo will cost buyers $168,000 and up. Deliveries will begin in late summer 2026.
