Lexus unveils new RZ 2026 electric crossover
Lexus has unveiled an updated RZ electric crossover capable of traveling over 480 kilometers on a single charge. The model also charges faster and comes in a sporty F Sport version.
The new version of the 2026 Lexus RZ is equipped with an upgraded battery system, which has increased the range by approximately 55 km compared to the brand's previous model.
The electric crossover is equipped with an NACS port, which allows the model to be recharged from Tesla Supercharger stations. Fast charging from 10 to 80% now takes about 30 minutes, and the Plug & Charge function and Apple Maps EV Routing integration make it easier to find charging stations.
The main new addition to the lineup is the RZ 550e F Sport version, equipped with two electric motors with a total power output of 402 horsepower, making it the most powerful model in the series.
The price of the new RZ starts at $47,295, which is $5,000 more than the previous model and more than $7,300 more than the Tesla Model Y, one of the main competitors in this segment.
