Italjet unveiled one of the most unusual scooters in the world
At the EICMA exhibition in Milan, Italjet presented the most unusual scooter in its history — the Roadster 400. Its design combines features of classic retro scooters, sports motorcycles, and even fighter jets.
The Roadster 400 is equipped with a 394 cm³ single-cylinder engine that produces 41.5 horsepower and 41 Nm of torque. These figures are comparable to those of large maxi scooters such as the Honda Forza 350 and Suzuki Burgman 400.
Visually, the model stands out with its turbine-shaped air intakes that direct airflow to two radiators, as well as dual Akrapovic mufflers integrated into the rear fairing. It also features DLAS (Dynamic Linkage Articulated Steering) control system.
The suspension features a premium Ohlins kit, including a rear monoshock mounted between the exhaust pipes.
The Italjet Roadster 400 is expected to go on sale in September 2026 at a price of around $8,650.
