General Motors has unveiled a new Corvette hypercar concept developed by its newly established design studio in the UK. The futuristic electric car combines classic design elements with modern technology, offering a fresh take on the legendary model.

The aviation-inspired concept features an aerodynamic body with a distinctive design that references the 1963 Corvette Stingray. The central vertical part of the body is called Apex Vision and serves both structural and aesthetic functions. Complementing the look are upward-opening doors and narrow LED headlights.

Engineers integrated the electric car's batteries directly into the body structure, reducing the center of gravity and improving handling. Thanks to clever air channels running through the sides of the car, there is no need for traditional spoilers and fenders.

The concept is not intended for production, but shows GM's commitment to finding new and unusual design solutions. In the future, elements of this concept may find application in the production models of the company.
